How to reach us
Email hello@avignon.tours. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour here refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours ahead, so check the time before you write.
Bad weather and too few bookings are the usual reasons an operator cancels, and you are then offered another date or a refund. No tour here collects you from a hotel. If you could not find the start, give the time and the kerb where you waited when you write to the operator.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Meeting points move, fares change, and the palace changed its prices in August 2026; the fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

From 1 April to 3 July and from 26 July to 31 October 2026, Monday to Saturday 9 am to 6 pm, Sundays and holidays 10 am to 5 pm. From 1 November 2026 to the end of March 2027, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm, Saturday 9 am to 5 pm, and Sundays in the school holidays 10 am to 1 pm. Closed on other Sundays, on 25 December and on 1 January.
The office does not sell or answer for the tours listed here, though many minivan days start outside its door.
